King-Lincoln: Do you really know what's going on? (755 hits)


We've all heard about the major redevelopment planned for King-Lincoln, seen new businesses sprouting up on Long St. and Mt. Vernon, and driven by the new condos and residential developments, but do you know about the incentives the city is planning for investment in this neighborhood?

A major expansion of COTA service, subsidies for security lighting, and brick streets on certain main thoroughfares are among what's in the works for this historic area.

If you're an entrepreneur, manager, or simply want to have a stake in the future of King-Lincoln, take a moment to look at the city's development plan. We should know what's going on, and how we can tie our businesses and organizations into the project.
